Tell Us What You Are Planning

You may already know the type of mortgage or property finance you need, or you may simply want to understand whether there is a realistic route forward.

Tell us about the property, the amount you may need to borrow and the timeframe you are working towards. We will review the initial details and contact you to discuss what appears possible, where further information may be needed and what should happen next.

For residential mortgages, buy-to-let, bridging, development, commercial and high-value property finance.

You do not need to have every detail confirmed before contacting us. A brief overview is enough to begin.

Next Steps

What Happens After You Get in Touch?

1

We Review the Initial Details

We begin by looking at what you want to achieve, the property or transaction involved, the approximate figures and any known deadline.

Where important information is missing, we will explain what is needed before reaching a clearer view.

2

We Discuss Your Circumstances

An adviser will contact you to understand the requirement in more detail.

This conversation may cover your income or business position, deposit or equity, existing borrowing, property plans and the intended repayment strategy.

3

We Explain the Next Step

Where there appears to be a realistic route, we will explain the options worth considering and the information required to assess them properly.

Where the proposed transaction does not appear achievable in its current form, we believe it is better to explain that early and discuss whether an alternative approach may be available.

Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to applying for a mortgage or finance. No lender application will be made without your knowledge and agreement.

Fees & Regulatory Information

Broker Fees

Jayhawk Capital may charge a tailored broker fee of up to 1% of the loan, subject to a minimum fee of £500.

For residential mortgage applications, the fee is generally payable when the mortgage offer is issued. For bridging and development finance, the fee is generally payable on completion.

The exact fee and payment stage will depend on the nature and complexity of the requirement and will be confirmed before you decide to proceed.

Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or other borrowing secured against it.

Some forms of buy-to-let, commercial and property finance are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The regulatory position will depend on the nature and circumstances of the transaction.
